A: Call the TrickedOut Shopping Fulfillment Team or check online by clicking on Order Status and submit the "Order Number" to see if your customer's order is being picked, packed or on its way.Q: Can accessories ordered/purchased by my customers be returned?
A: Yes, customer-ordered products can be returned, but they must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.Q: Can I return a customer-ordered product if it's damaged or unwanted?
A: Yes, if a customer would like to return a product due to damage or dissatisfaction, and it was ordered through our website, it may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and also have an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact 844-466-2204 or email@example.com for a RMA number.
*Accessories that are non-defective may be returned for a full refund if product is in new condition and includes all written materials (instruction guide, etc.) and original equipment that came with the product and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.Q: Can I return defective product?

REFUNDSQ: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit with 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
WARRANTY REPLACEMENTAFTER THE 14 DAY RETURN POLICY, DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO TRICKED OUT ACCESSORIES FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT
We ask you to follow these instructions in order to ensure you receive the proper replacement item(s). Warranty does not cover any damages caused by improper use and/or installation. Damages due to weather, war and/or acts of God are also not covered.
1) Email or Call the manufacturer – see warranty documentation from the manufacturer - Call the manufacturer's customer support department to determine eligibility (the warranty period). You will need to provide the make, model, serial number (if applicable) and date of purchase.
2) Follow instructions provided by the manufacturer – Tricked Out Shopping will not take returns for warranty claims; however, we will be happy to assist with manufacturer contact information. Shipping costs may have to be paid for by the customer unless specifically covered by the manufacturer.Q: How do I cancel an order placed on behalf of my customer?
A: Call Tricked Out Shopping Fulfillment Team at 844-466-2204 to let them know you'd like to cancel an order prior to product shipment. If product has shipped a cancellation will not be possible.

A: Payment and Order Fulfillment is processed in the state of NJ. Orders shipping to the state of New Jersey are required to pay New Jersey State Tax which is collected when the order is placed
